Shipping & Production

Our current processing time is 2-5 business days from when an order is placed. Please note business days exclude weekends. Shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping, not time of order. As a small business, we are doing the best we can to get packages shipped as quickly as possible however, due to a high volume of online orders & staff shortages, all mail carriers are overwhelmed and are working around the clock to get your mail delivered. Please be patient. Currently, shipping times are not guaranteed by Pixelcouture Paperie or by our mail carriers. We have no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier.

To keep shipping costs affordable for our Canadian clients, we offer untracked shipping with Canada Post for certain products however tracked shipping is always recommended. All US orders will automatically have tracked shipping with USPS unless upgraded to priority shipping with FedEx.

Pixelcouture Paperie is not responsible for items sent to the wrong mailing address that was provided by the client.
We are also not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during the transit or delivery process. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. If you order arrives damaged, please contact us. If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Please understand Pixelcouture Paperie cannot take responsibility for any lost or missing packages that been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.

Retail Purchases

All products that are purchased through Pixelcouture Paperie are intended for personal use and are not to be resold.

Bulk Purchases

If you need to place a bulk order, please contact me to ensure stock is available. Discounts are available.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be cancelled only if your order has not gone into production or has not been shipped however, you must contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. We do not accept exchanges or refunds. If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will need photos of the product, packaging and your order number. We will then provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s).

Design & Content

All designs, images and texts are copyrighted and belong to Pixelcouture Paperie. They CANNOT be reproduced or used for personal or commercial reproduction or resale. Use of our images without permission is prohibited. With permission, you may use our photos to post to social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc but you are required to link our page, tag us and state that the image/content is from Pixelcouture Paperie.

Product colours may appear different on your monitor depending on your settings and the device you are using. Surrounding décor and items (as seen on product listings) are NOT included.
