We are proud to offer shipping to both the United States and Canada. Below are the details to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
- Processing Time: Since all orders are custom-made, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
- Shipping Options: We provide multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, weather conditions, etc.
Kindly note that we are not liable for the following:
Insufficient or Incorrect Address:
If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided during checkout, the cost of reshipping the items will be the responsibility of the customer. To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly ask that you verify your shipping address carefully at checkout to avoid any potential issues.
Please be advised that the shipping method selected at checkout pertains solely to the shipping speed and does not impact our standard processing and turnaround times.
Lettermail Option (Canadian Orders Only)
If you choose Lettermail shipping, please note that this option does NOT include tracking for your package. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. We strongly recommend selecting the tracking option at checkout for added security.
Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we regret that refunds cannot be issued due to the personalized nature of your order.
Location and Shipping
We are located in Canada. Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS, while Canadian orders are dispatched through Canada Post or courier services provided by Stallion Express.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it right away to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter by offering a replacement or refund.
- Order Cancellations: All sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason.
